I just wanted to take a moment and tell you about this new and upcoming company by the name of Scout Security. I was so impressed by their professionalism, presentation and the quality of officers I had to write this review. They are an innovative and very diverse security company. They employee people who have previously worked in law-enforcement and many of them are military veterans. They use cutting edge technology which allows them to track their officers every movement and as a business owner, that gives you peace of mind knowing you can get up to the minute updates on the status of your property or an issue that may occur. Scout is truly going to be a force to be reckoned with, so all of you major security companies in the Denver Metro area cutting corners and doing the bait and switch routine, be fore warned. “There’s a new sheriff in town and it’s name is Scout Security.”

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!! I literally moved 1,500 miles from South Florida to work for Scouts Security. The boss is amazing literally one of the most honest man you’ll meet. The pay is great and there is always room for growth & promotion. Working for Scout is not like your average security company, it more like a family and they truly do care. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.

The owner of this company truly cares for his employees and that goes a long way!
The operations team communicates well and they have a open door policy.

Honestly, one of the best security jobs I've worked in and with.
The company actually cares about its employees.
There's a great home life and work life balance.
Currently working for Scout and I'm not going to lie: This job in comparison to the others I've had (security and non-security) is pretty awesome. There's plenty of overtime but they don't treat you lessthan or harass you if you can't take it. They set REALISTIC goals and don't scream at you for not magically knowing how to accomplish them immediately. They train and help you understand what needs to get done- but they don't baby you. If you go above and beyond you get recognized and compensated.
Heads up though, you're on your feet alot. It isn't that physically demanding other than you walk most of your shift. But, I have hip issues and don't have trouble.
Overall, it's a pretty cool job and I recommend it.
